We understand that seeing a chiropractor for the first time can raise a few questions. Here are some of the things we’re most often asked by new patients.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself and any previous scans, reports or medical notes related to your spine or symptoms, feel free to bring them along – but they’re not essential. Comfortable clothing is a good idea as we’ll be checking posture and movement.
What happens if you find something wrong?
If we identify an issue, we’ll explain what it is, how it may be affecting you, and what can be done about it. You’ll get clear, honest advice on the best way forward – whether that’s treatment with us or a referral elsewhere.
How long will the appointment take?
Both appointments will take 45 minutes. That gives us enough time to chat, do the assessment, and give you feedback without rushing and includes your first treatment
Is there any obligation to continue treatment?
Absolutely not. The offer includes the 2 appointments, first treatment and a personalised plan. If you’d like to continue with care, we’ll explain the costs and options – but that decision is always up to you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, of course! You're welcome to bring a partner, friend or child along. We want you to feel as comfortable and supported as possible.
